technical difficulties and happy new year!

Good morning all,

As it happens, my previously reliable internet access dropped off the face of the earth over the Christmas/New Year break. So I did what I’ve been training all year to do. I could have panicked, dropped plans, spent less time with the family, and figured out how to get back on line ASAP. However, that would have proved that I learned nothing this year. Instead, I waited.

Of course, this did nothing to  help get things going quicker, but I sure had a great time relaxing with my family, eating tasty food, and scanning photos.

I haven’t had access to any of my online accounts for several days at all, and now I’m back in the office with a minute here or there to get back to those of you who’ve left messages. I will be responding to everyone over the next couple of days.
